“GREAT THERAPIST….got me through 3 car accidents, where other therapists couldn’t help me. Got me through Fibromyalgia, drug-free now. Has taught me and continues to teach me self-care to live a pain-free lifestyle. He’s the only therapist for me. So set your appointment to Craig he will change your life for the better, I guarantee it.” -Angie Cazares

“Craig is gifted!” -Jeanne Graden

“Craig Quaglia has helped me through mfps, the aftermath of cancer treatments and several injuries. He is intuitive, caring and relentless in his desire to come up with a customized and successful treatment plan. He’s simply the best.” -Catherine Brik

“Craig Quaglia has improved my quality of life. I originally met Craig at a Chicago Clinic that specializes in fibromyalgia and muscular dysfunction at least eight years ago. He along with the other trained therapists there were able to move me from a life of debilitating pain to enjoying life while managing my pain. The clinic sadly closed, but I’ve kept in contact with Craig for times when I need extra help with my muscle pain.

Craig’s knowledge, experience, and control of the muscular system of the human body is amazing. He is able to relieve my muscle pain in a way no one else can. He can find where the pain is originating from, where the muscle is referring pain, manipulate that muscle, retrain it, relieve my pain, and then teach me self-care so I can relieve my pain at home the next time. He has taught me many self-care methods that have left me feeling in control of my body and my pain, instead of it controlling me. Those times when I cannot “fix myself”, I still go to Craig for help. He continues to find new ways to approach my pain and relive it.

As I said earlier, Craig Quaglia has improved my quality of life with his amazing therapy techniques. I’ve gone to many therapists over the years, so I should know. I live in Indian and drive to Illinois (60 miles), when I need Craig’s help. If I could find a therapist closer to me who had half the abilities Craig had, I would choose them. Unfortunately, I have yet to find that someone.

I would highly recommend Craig Quaglia to anyone who needed help with muscle pain.” -Pam Holbrook

“Craig Quaglia is a truly amazing myofascial trigger point and massage therapist. His clinical abilities and knowledge base are top notch. He not only heals people, he also educates his clients, encouraging self-awareness and self-care. Most importantly, when my pain level was unmanageable, he put me back together again, and back on the road to taking care of my life. In summary, he is highly knowledgeable, skilled, empathic and a dedicated therapist. I highly recommend his services.” -Beverly Younger, Owner, Consultant, LightYears Consulting

“I am an academic researcher and spend a great deal of my time in front of a computer monitor, locked into the same seated position(s) for hours. As a result of a sedentary occupation, I have recurring problems with pain in my neck and shoulders. I started seeing Craig over ten years ago when I lived in Oak Park and his office was conveniently located a few blocks from my residence. Craig is a caring, sensitive, and incredibly talented therapist who goes to the root causes of your pain works on the soft tissues involved and spends time educating you in self-care strategies so you can engage in your own healing. I moved to Michigan about 7 years ago for work and still keep in touch because I value and trust the advice I’ve received regarding self-care. A few years ago, my lower back went out, and I found myself on the floor of my apartment unable to get up without a great deal of pain. I called and left a message for Craig, who called back and instructed me on how to place my legs on a chair to release the muscles and how to use a tennis ball to find the trigger points in my lower back. The pain eased up enough for me to get up and into bed to rest. More recently, I’ve been experiencing pain in my shoulder, arm, and hand. As I was in Chicago for the Thanksgiving holiday, I called Craig to see if I could get an appointment. We scheduled a session and he was able to relieve the pain that had been radiating into my elbow. I received more instructions on self-care, and Craig is helping me to find a local therapist who can continue work on my issue since it’s a longer term condition. I can’t say enough good things about Craig’s knowledge and skills – I’ve recommended him to my friends and highly recommend him to you!” -Angela Ebreo, Ann Arbor, MI

“Craig Quaglia’s extraordinary and detailed knowledge of human musculature and pain patterns, along with his gifted skills in trigger point therapy, have alleviated pain and increased range of motion significantly when other practitioners, both Western and Eastern, both medical and alternative, had been ineffectual. I cannot recommend Craig strongly enough to anyone suffering with pain due to injury or to anyone who wishes to increase range of motion, whether they be yoga practitioners, dancers, athletes, or individuals who value being flexible and pain-free.” -Allan J. Grant

“Craig Quaglia is amazing! In the past, I had physical therapy for an injury and Fibromyalgia multiple times at different practices and nothing ever really seemed to work. In fact, it almost seemed like a waste of time. And then, luckily, I was scheduled with Craig. He defines what physical therapy is supposed to be. He asks the right questions and he truly listens. He possesses a great understanding of how muscles and nerves work and how they are connected. Through touch, he can feel when something is just not right and can help alleviate it. He truly has a gift to help heal. He treats the body and soul with his great supportive and positive personality. He was key on my road to recovery!” -Cathy Sue, Carpenter
